Our various syllabi will teach you the physical and mental aspects of combat, from learning to stand in strong stances up to the use of techniques to disarm an attacker.

Kane MMA Team
Students who train in our Practical Kombat course wanting to compete in amateur mma events may attend competition training classes after they have graded with our academy. Tournament training requires students to demonstrate the three pillars and set an example to other students through their dedication, loyalty, honesty and perseverance when things get hard! We are not an ugg ugg fight school combat is about skill, technique and positioning which takes a lot of effort and fine tuning. "I would rather have students fight technically well and lose on points in a tournament than someone who wins by a lucky shot and displays no class or style. Someone who is technically good will come back better and stronger to their next competition and Kane Academy has opened its doors to train students for the duration" Guro Rebecca
Beckys Boot Camp (Fitness Classes)
This is the Kane Academies very own NO LYCRA fitness class. It is the newest addition to the Kane Academies range of courses and has already proved successful!. Get fit, tone up and be happy. Don't worry this is not a female only course it is mixed so men can come along and enjoy the training too.

Our private and small group tuition classes are a must for anyone who wishes to take their training to the next level in the fastest possible time frame. They are fantastic for learning new skills in a more personal one on one environment. Small group tuition caters for groups of up to 10 people and is ideal if you feel a little uneasy about joining some of our larger classes.
