Beckys Boot Camp

This course started organically by a few friends asking for a class specifically designed to help them shed a few pounds. It started off as a three month course and helped several women lose an astonishing amount of weight up to 3 stone.

We are now running one class per week on

Tuesdays at 8pm - 9pm
Thursdays 6pm - 7pm

Boxing Fitness

Some of the students from our kickboxing and kombat programmes wanted to improve their fitness and boxing skills so we have designed some circuits which incorporate boxing skills from panantukan filipino boxing. This means that students who grade at our academy are still developing on syllabus techniques whilst improving their overall body tone.

Classes take place on

Tuesday at 6pm - 7pm
Thursday at 6pm - 7pm

Dance Studio

Our fully mirrored dance studio is available for private hire to groups and individuals. Please contact us if you are interested.

Gym area (seperate area)

We have further improved our facility for students and members by addinng a range of cardio equipment, free weights, kettle bells and other core equipment. Because the gym area is seperate to the class zones you are able to come at any time during opening hours to use our gym facility.
