Beckys Boot Camp

This course started organically by a few friends asking for a class specifically designed to help them shed a few pounds. It started off as a three month course and helped several women lose an astonishing amount of weight up to 3 stone.

We are now running one class per week on

Tuesdays at 6pm - 7pm

Boxing Fitness

Some of the students from our kickboxing and kombat programmes wanted to improve their fitness and boxing skills so we have designed some circuits which incorporate boxing skills from panantukan filipino boxing. This means that students who grade at our academy are still developing on syllabus techniques whilst improving their overall body tone.

Classes take place on

Tuesday at 6pm - 7pm
Thursday at 6pm - 7pm

Zumba Fitness

Thats right everyone...Zumba has landed at the Kane Academy! This is a fantastic way to get fit let your hair down and have a good giggle along to a range of old and new pop tunes.

The class is best suited for Ladies aged 16 + and takes place on

Mondays at 9:30am - 10:30am

Equipment-Uniform

We have the rule that all persons must wear plain clothing and equipment not branded with another gym or clubs logos.

Our gym has a modern clothing range that people may wish to purchase whilst in our gym area.

Our fully mirrored dance studio is available for private hire to groups and individuals. Please contact us if you are interested.

Gym area

We have further improved our facility for students and members by addinng a range of cardio equipment, free weights, kettle bells and other core equipment. You can now come outside class time to get fitter and stronger meaning that despite shifts changing you can still work on the bags etc and improve your technique.
